The School Career Guide is a planning resource created in partnership with LYFT Career Pathways, SWWC, participating schools, and VantagePoint Marketing. Each guide is designed to help students, families, educators, and community partners better understand the career pathways, course options, activities, certifications, work-based learning opportunities, and planning information available within a school.

This form is part of the Career Guide development process and is intended to be completed with guidance from Laura or the LYFT/SWWC team. Schools may be asked to share information such as their registration handbook, course list, graduation requirements, school logo, brand colors, approved photos, career pathway details, and work-based learning information.
